confectionqueenI came across a recipe to try and was looking at it eagerly until:
"Using a handheld electric mixer, beat on high speed until foamy, about 1 minute. Set bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Beat on high speed until frosting forms stiff peaks, about 12 minutes..."
WTF Martha Stewart, W.T.F. In that whole paragraph(I cut off the end of it), you're holding a handheld mixer for 15 minutes. That is a long damn time when you are mixing something.
So maybe the day I make this, I have two people to rotate with :P
