Too Much Sitting Harms Heart
I just found it interesting that they never mention reading as a sitting activity. Just TV, video games, computer, TV, Video Games, computer.
I know they aren't going to mention every sitting activity ever, but they really focused on the typical(stereotypical?) ones(or do they assume no one reads outside of the computer anymore?).
